Meet Bonnie Wentzel
of StudentMom.com

Bonnie is a wife, mother of three teenagers, and guardian to four spoiled dogs. After 20 years of on-again off-again night school, she returned to college full time in the fall of 2003. She started StudentMom.com to support other mothers (and dads too!) who are returning to school and juggling multiple roles. She received her A.A with certificates in General Business and Organizational Leadership from Paradise Valley Community College in May 2005. Currently she attends Arizona State University West Campus majoring in communications and is pursuing a ceritificate in journalism. (Help her make this site better!)

Since returning to school Bonnie has enjoyed many writing opportunities. After being a staff writer, and humor columnist, she is now the Editor-in-chief for the Paradise Valley Community College's Puma Press. She has been published in three creative writing journals: Paradise Review, Maricopa Anthologies, and Scribendi. As an honor student and campus peer mentor, she was awarded the Maricopa County Community College Chancellors Scholarship, All-Arizonan Scholarship, and Golden Puma campus leadership award.
